To boost the school's debating reputation and ease the competition pressure on the official team, the teachers form a "backup" team to dilute scores. Initially seen as replaceable, the students gradually develop a passion for debating, forming close friendships and learning valuable life lessons. However, as the team improves, the principal worries they’ll overshadow the official team and starts creating obstacles. Determined to compete nationally, they face strong opponents, school pressure, and the challenge of balancing team glory with personal dreams.
