Nobita, hearing Shizuka's wish to climb trees and play baseball, suggests, "Well, let's try switching bodies for a while!" He borrows a "Switching Rope" from Doraemon, which allows them to switch bodies while keeping their minds the same. The two immediately switch bodies. Shizuka, now in Nobita's form, is overjoyed to enjoy tree climbing, something she had always wanted, and to do well in baseball. She says she wants to stay like this for a while. Meanwhile, Nobita is constantly being scolded by Shizuka's mother for "misbehaving badly"...!?

Nobita wants to buy a manga book and asks for an advance on his allowance, but his mom firmly refuses. Unable to give up, he tries to secretly get the money early, but gets scolded and becomes discouraged. Frustrated, he decides, “If that’s how it is, I’ll just become a total villain!” and takes the “Devil’s Passport” from Doraemon. It is a terrifying passport that allows him to get away with any wrongdoing. Freed from being scolded, Nobita begins doing only bad things (like kicking empty cans and trash bags) taking advantage of the fact that no one can punish him.

During summer vacation, Nobita is accidentally stranded after drifting away in a tiny bamboo boat while shrunk by Doraemon’s “Gulliver Tunnel.” Doraemon and Shizuka try to rescue him, but Gian and Suneo insist on shrinking down too so they can experience the miniature world themselves. As the group travels through the dangerous micro-world to find Nobita, they are attacked by a crow while riding a balloon raft. In the chaos, Doraemon accidentally drops the “Big Light,” the gadget needed to restore their normal size, making the rescue even more difficult.

Nobita becomes overjoyed after being praised by girls for his ability to catch peanuts in his mouth. However, he later discovers that they only praised him out of politeness, leaving him deeply disappointed. Feeling sorry for him, Doraemon brings a “Friend Robot” named Robo-ko from the future, programmed to love only Nobita. Robo-ko is not only cute but also constantly praises everything Nobita does, making him extremely happy. However, she gradually begins to become overly possessive of him, trying to keep him all to herself.

Nobita is scolded by his mom for napping instead of doing homework, and wishes for a tool like in fairy tales that can do work while he sleeps. Doraemon gives him the “Little Helper Box,” which summons tiny robots to complete any task requested before sleeping. Nobita first tests it with small chores like polishing shoes, and the robots successfully complete everything. Encouraged by this, he starts using the box to help others with increasingly larger tasks, gaining praise and confidence, but eventually becomes overconfident and takes on too many requests.

Nobita and his friends go on a sea adventure as part of a spring break request, with Doraemon using a gadget to create a “moderate” treasure island experience. They are guided by a dolphin-like robot named Hodho, but the adventure turns strange when the treasure they find is just merchandise instead of real riches. After Gian and Suneo complain, Doraemon increases the difficulty, leading to real danger: storms, malfunctioning gadgets, and transformations into sea creatures to survive. The group eventually discovers the true treasure inside a whale, but the adventure keeps shifting between too easy and too hard, leaving them confused as Hodho insists everything is “just right.”

Nobita travels to the 22nd century after Doraemon leaves, only to discover a seemingly deserted futuristic city where he encounters anti-gravity tech, strange shops, and what he believes is an alien invasion. He meets Sewashi, who explains everything is actually part of a 3D game called “Intruders,” not a real crisis. Embarrassed but relieved, Nobita learns Doraemon was only temporarily away for repairs. Doraemon later returns, and they go back to the 20th century together, where Nobita immediately wants to keep playing the game.

Nobita is mocked by Gian and Suneo at the park for not being able to skateboard, though Suneo gives him an old board to try. Feeling frustrated, Nobita asks Doraemon for help, and Doraemon brings a gadget called the “Otasuke Hat,” which is meant to prevent injuries when falling from sliding sports. However, Nobita is too scared of falling and cannot use it properly. Later, Shizuka arrives and skillfully rides a skateboard while wearing the hat, impressing everyone. Doraemon becomes disappointed in Nobita’s fear, though he reflects that Nobita might feel more confident in a lighter-gravity environment.
