The person of the once popular film artist Evgeny Steklov is shrouded in gossip and speculation; 10 years ago, he unexpectedly abandoned his dizzying career as a movie star and became a teacher at a theater university. Nevertheless, Steklov is quite happy with life, he has an interesting job, good friends and his beloved wife Marianna. Everything changes when Steklov accidentally finds a box on the mezzanine with the mysterious inscription “ALKOFARADO” with Marianne’s love letters to an unknown recipient.
