The story is set on the planet Terus, which is on the brink of extinction due to the impact of Earth's environmental destruction. To determine whether Earth should be destroyed, investigator Nizaki (Kazuya Kunizak) selects Lita Majima (Nagao), a second-grade elementary school student living in Tokyo, as his observation subject. The "Bracelet of Fate" Lita wears monitors the owner's "altruistic heart," and her small acts of kindness accumulate as data. However, the results of the simulation confront a cruel contradiction: "One person's good intentions can steal another's future."
