Carmen is a widow in her late seventies. She lives her daily life as she always has in a tiny village in southern Valencia: Guadassuar. She has a daughter and two granddaughters. A chance encounter with Ramón, a lifelong resident of the village, will change her daily routine. The decisions she makes will jeopardize her routine, her friendships, and her own cultural education.
