Hammam is opening the descriptions of her husband's desire to get rid of the fetus. She is a doctor. She conducts the operation on the advice of her teacher. Her husband revolts against her, Hammam submits a report against her because of the crime of abortion, and Buthaina decides to defend her brother's wife.
