Maxime Depratte, a charismatic company director, invites Corentin Michelot, his meticulous and unassuming accountant, to dinner to "fix" a compromising financial statement just hours before a board meeting. Ségolène, Maxime's wife, is very upset about being an accomplice to this foolish dinner.
