An Egyptian man named Khaled is investigating a murder in which a child that sells sweet potatoes in Tahrir Square is killed. During his investigations, he is plagued by a series of nightmares related to the murdered child until he reaches a dead end in this case, but at the same time it takes him to a new, unexpected path.
