Howard Lloyd-Lewis
Howard Lloyd-Lewis (born 9th May 1944 in Aberfan, Wales; died 18th December 1986 in Manchester) appeared on Coronation Street between November and December 1982 as social worker Mr. Carter, who found Sharon Gaskell a new foster placement and a job as a kennel maid with a family in Sheffield. He attended the local village primary school before his family moved to Essex where he was a pupil at both Bell School and Coopers' Company School before going on to train at the East 15 Acting School. His other on-screen credits included roles in All for Love, Chessgame, The Wind in the Willows, The Practice, Albion Market and the 1986 film Clockwise.
