Hossam El Alali (born June 12, 2004) is a Moroccan director and screenwriter belonging to a new generation of filmmakers whose artistic approach is grounded in a solid, coherent, and demanding academic background. His journey began at ENSAD, where he developed an early sense of aesthetic rigor and a deep understanding of the foundations of visual creation. He then pursued a bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Studies at the Université Ibn Tofaïl, strengthening his command of cinematic language and the technical aspects of film production. He later joined the Master’s program in Film and Audiovisual Professions at Université Mohammed V, further affirming a structured, ambitious academic path clearly oriented toward excellence.
