Lucy Bevan

Lucy Bevan is a British casting director based in London, known for her work across film, television, and theatre. She trained under the late Mary Selway, describing that period as “the finest training I could have wished for.” Her early career involved working as a runner and then an assistant, before moving into casting. She worked for several years within the casting department, eventually taking a lead casting director role. Her first film credit as a casting director (alongside Mary Selway) was The Libertine (2004), directed by Laurence Dunmore.
