Czomba Imre is a Hungarian–American film and theater composer, orchestrator, songwriter, and pianist. He has been an active figure in both the Hungarian and international music scenes since 1993. He began his career as a theater and session musician, performing with the orchestras of the Madách Theatre and Rock Theatre. He later became the longtime keyboardist for influential artists such as Ákos, Presser Gábor, and Zorán, with whom he collaborated for more than two decades. By the early 2000s, he had become one of the defining creative forces in Hungarian popular music, working as a composer, producer, and session musician with nearly every major artist of the era. His notable works include songs written for Zsuzsa Cserháti, music for the 2008 and 2009 Budapest fireworks displays, and compositions for international sporting events.
